I called with an issue of a cracked tooth. The team took me in the same day and took care of me. I am so grateful and appreciative of them helping me regardless of the inconvenience of it being last minute. I know they had so much to do but they really made me feel cared for and they were so funny and amazing. Front office staff, dental staff, everyone I talked to were professional and very nice. I have been going to this location for a very long time. The staff upfront was very friendly. Today I had my teeth cleaned. I felt the hygienist did a very thorough job. The doctor came to look at my teeth and the x-rays. He was very pleasant as well.

Very friendly and patient. Got fillings done and I’m not good with shots. They numbed the area before doing shots so I couldn't feel it and accommodated my nervousness. Did a cleaning too and it was good service :).

I have been going to Universal Dental for several years after a friend referred me to them. They are awesome. Very friendly, attentive and informative. The doctor doesn’t push products and services and is fair in the treatment plan. The dental hygienist is awesome too!

I love Universal Dental. It's a friendly staff. The Dentist is awesome. Can't feel anything. Not even the needles to administer numbing medication. They have changed my experience of going to the dentist for the better.

Called universal dental because my tooth was bothering me. They got me right in and not only took care of the problem tooth, they went over dental implants for me. The staff were friendly and helpful, since I am handicapped. Looking forward to getting all my dental needs taken care of by them.

The staff at the front desk are friendly and accommodating. The hygienist I had was friendly and explained what she was doing. The dentist was very experienced and also friendly while still professional. I intend to continue with this practice because they meet and exceed my expectations.
